ROBOCI CHAMPIANS
1st Place in Robotics Competition Held at COMSAT University
We are excited to share that FUUAST Electrical Engineering students have achieved a remarkable victory by securing the 1st Position at the ROBOCI: Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition held at COMSATS University. This outstanding accomplishment highlights their exceptional talent and dedication to the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence.
ROBOCI, organized by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Comsats Islamabad Chapter, featured teams from various schools and universities competing in categories such as robotic arm wrestling, autonomous underwater cleaning, and AI-powered soccer. The event also included a panel discussion on the future of robotics and AI and a workshop on building your own robot.
Our students' innovative approach and technical skills set them apart from the rest, earning them the top spot in this prestigious competition.
We commend our students for their dedication and hard work. Special thanks go to Dr. Hashim Safdar, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, and Dr. Fargham Sandhu, Head of the Robotics Society, for their excellent leadership and mentorship.
