Dr. Yousaf Hameed Khattak is a dedicated academic, researcher, and innovator in the field of Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain, with a specialization in the Design and Fabrication of Thin Film Solar Cells. His doctoral research, recognized with the prestigious “Cum Laude” and “International Doctor’s Degree Award,” focused on modeling high efficiency thin film photovoltaic technologies. He has over 13 years of experience in academia and research, with a progressive career at the FUUAST, Islamabad, where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Software Engineering. He has also held key administrative positions, including Manager ORIC. A certified engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and an active member of several national and international research collaborations. He is affiliated with leading international institutions in Spain, Malaysia, China, Qatar, Morocco, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia. He has published more than 58 peer-reviewed research articles, with a cumulative author impact factor of 133.162, accumulating over 1500 citations with an h-index of 25. His contributions have been recognized globally, making him a valuable collaborator in the field of sustainable energy and semiconductor device engineering.
