As Teacher, My teaching philosophy is the background of the student should not be a constraint in evaluating a talent. I understand that not everyone goes through the same level of mentoring and grooming experience throughout their life. I believe an individual with great talent and ability should not be underestimated and neglected due to his/her origins. Therefore, my expertise to recognize, appreciates, and respects the competencies of individuals (students, researchers, and professionals) and should be provided equal opportunity with no discrimination based on their background. As Researcher, I am still an active researcher in Plasma Physics (in experiments, and theory), and also worked in Laser Spectroscopy, Material Sciences, and others as a learner researcher. It will be revealed from my published articles in the different journals related to the mentioned fields. I have several collaborations with other research groups in Pakistan as well as in Malaysia with my research group. This is the way to live myself as a researcher in the research to learn the latest knowledge about science. I believe that the best researcher always tries to deliver his experiences to own or other research students to improve ability to do work independently and establish themselves as the best contributors in the research field.
